Responsibilities:
* Lead generation
* Generate Leads by Cold Calling/ network and fix an appointment
* Involve in the Marketing initiative by email marketing, reaching the decision makers and selling Non IT/IT Manpower outsourcing services.
* Creating new business opportunities by adding new clients
* Qualify prospects
* Identify opportunities
* Research on targeted companies and contacts
* Handle complete ownership of the lead from prospecting to qualifying
* Good verbal communication and written ss
* Convincing ss
* Good presentation ss
* Strong team player
